Accessible (ADA) seating is available for all events at the Peoria Civic Center, but it is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and planning in advance offers the most options.

Printed tickets are available at the Toyota Box Office and Theater Box Office. If you are having issues getting your digital tickets to load on your account / device, printed tickets can be obtained by visiting the Box Office with your photo ID.
The Toyota Box Office accepts cash and credit / debit cards. Checks are NOT accepted.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances such as a cancelled or rescheduled event. Tickets are subject to additional fees. Most ticket offers are valid online only, not valid on previously purchased tickets and subject to end without notice.
Tickets purchased by an unauthorized ticket distributor or third party may not be valid and cannot be guaranteed by Peoria Civic Center. Patrons with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase tickets at the Toyota Box Office; prices and seating subject to availability.
Will Call is available at the Toyota Box Office and Theater Box Office. You will need a photo ID that matches the purchaser's name to pick up your tickets.
