The Toyota Box Office is open on Fridays from 10:00am – 2:00pm. On event days, the Box Office will open 90 minutes prior to the start time of the event. A weekly schedule of openings is posted on Box Office Information.
Box Office InformationEach guest will be allowed to carry in one (1) clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag that does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or one (1), one-gallon clear plastic bag. In addition to a clear plastic bag each guest will be allowed to carry in one (1) small clutch that does not exceed 5” x 8”. Diaper bags (with a child age 3 and under) and bags carrying medically necessary items will be allowed after a visual inspection inside the bag is completed by security.

The Peoria Civic Center management reserves the right to prohibit any item from entering the premises. All patrons and their belongings are subject to search prior to entry and once inside the building. If a prohibited item is brought into the facility you can throw it away or take it to your car. The Peoria Civic Center will not hold any items.
*Service animals as defined by the American with Disabilities act are welcome.
This policy applies to all visitors, employees, and vendors at the venue, including event planners, attendees, exhibitors, and anyone performing work on-site.
The venue strictly prohibits the possession or use of weapons of any type including firearms and concealed handguns within its premises or during any contracted events. The Peoria Civic Center's definition of weapons includes but is not limited to the following: knives or blades of any length, metal nail files, chains longer than 6 inches not made of precious metals (i.e. platinum, gold or sterling silver), firearms (authentic or replicated, including toys), clubs or extendable batons, any type of chemical irritant spray, stun guns or Tasers, spiked or studded jewelry, brass knuckle or any other item that could likely be used as a weapon or may cause injury if thrown or used improperly. Such weapons are not permitted on the property, whether concealed or openly carried, and are not classified as “Necessary Tools.”
Firearms and/or Concealed Handguns with or without a license are NOT PERMITTED at the Peoria Civic Center. If any guest arrives at the facility with a firearm, you will be instructed to return the weapon to your car. Local, State and Federal Law enforcement officers with proper ID are the only authorized persons to enter this facility with a firearm. Off duty officers will need to present their badge and photo ID in order to receive a wristband. Please check in with the Security Supervisor at the Security checkpoint. The Peoria Civic Center DOES NOT have a weapons check-in. We WILL NOT take possession of any firearm under any circumstance.
Only tools approved by General Service Contractors for specific job-related tasks—excluding the aforementioned prohibited items—are allowed on the premises. These tools must be used responsibly and safely at all times.

The Toyota Box Office accepts cash and credit / debit cards. Checks are NOT accepted.
PCC Parking Lots and Concessions within the venue require a credit / debit card for purchase. Cash or check is NOT accepted.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances such as a cancelled or rescheduled event. Tickets are subject to additional fees. Most ticket offers are valid online only, not valid on previously purchased tickets and subject to end without notice.
Tickets purchased by an unauthorized ticket distributor or third party may not be valid and cannot be guaranteed by Peoria Civic Center. Patrons with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase tickets at the Toyota Box Office; prices and seating subject to availability.
Outside food and beverages are NOT permitted inside the Peoria Civic Center.
Concessions are available at arena and theater events and select convention center events.
SAVOR... Peoria is our exclusive food and beverage provider. All food and beverages must be consumed in your assigned seat. Cashless transactions are required for all purchases.

Customer ServicePeoria Civic Center has a no re-entry policy during arena and theater events. Patrons who exit the venue for any reason, including to smoke, will not be allowed to re-enter the facility.
We have sensory kits available during events to check out with a photo ID. Please see an usher at your event to request access to a kit.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the venue including electronic cigarettes or vape pens. Events do NOT have a designated smoking area.
For most events, children who have celebrated their 2nd birthday and older require a ticket for entry. If an event has a different policy, it will be noted on the event's details page.
